Each of our shampoo bars is lovingly handcrafted in small batches right here in Hawke's Bay. Please note that due to the hand-poured nature of our process, imperfections occur, adding to the individuality and beauty of each bar.

How to use:

1. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Gently massage the lather into your scalp and hair.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all traces of shampoo are removed.
5. Follow with your favourite conditioner, if desired.
6. After use, allow the shampoo bar to dry completely before storing it away.

Storage Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your shampoo bar, it's essential to store it properly. After each use, place the shampoo bar in a well-drained soap dish or on a rack that allows air circulation. Avoid leaving it in standing water or in a humid environment, as moisture can cause the bar to soften and diminish its lifespan.

For long-term storage, keep the shampoo bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A linen bag or airtight container can also help protect the bar from excess moisture and humidity.

Ingredients:

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate: This is a mild surfactant derived from coconut oil. It's known for its gentle cleansing properties, creating a rich lather without stripping the hair of its natural oils.
Brassica Alcohol: This is a fatty alcohol derived from waxes found in plants from the Cabbage (Brassica) family. It acts as a conditioning agent, helping to soften and smooth the hair as well as to harden the bar.
Cocamidopropyl Betain: Another gentle surfactant derived from coconut oil. It helps to increase the foam and cleansing properties of the shampoo while also providing mild conditioning.
Stearic Acid: A naturally occurring fatty acid often derived from vegetable oils. It acts as a co-emulsifier and thickening agent, contributing to the texture and stability of the product.
Hemp Seed Oil: Rich in omega fatty acids and antioxidants, hemp seed oil deeply nourishes and moisturizes the hair, promoting strength, shine, and overall scalp health.
Broccoli Seed Oil: Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, broccoli seed oil helps to strengthen and protect the hair from environmental damage, while also adding shine and smoothness.
Vegetable Glycerine: A humectant that attracts moisture to the hair, helping to keep it hydrated and soft.
Hydrolyzed Quinoa: Quinoa protein is known for its ability to repair and strengthen hair strands, improving texture, shine, and manageability.
Geogard Ultra (Ecocert Approved): This is a natural preservative system derived from gluconolactone and sodium benzoate, ensuring the product remains stable and safe for use.
Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride: A conditioning agent derived from guar gum, it helps to improve the texture and manageability of the hair.
Essential Oils: Mandarin, Lavender, Rosemary, Cedarwood, and Lemongrass essential oils provide a delightful fragrance.
