Ingredients: Activated Carbon (Coconut Shell Charcoal) (Food grade), Bentonite (Food Grade), Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Leaf Oil.  (This product is not intended to be ingested however).

Directions: Dip your clean, wet toothbrush into the powder and brush your teeth with it in small, gentle, circular motions.  Spit and rinse well with water.
