Extracted from the nuts of the African Shea tree, Shea Butter is a natural emollient that deeply moisturizes and nourishes the hair and scalp. Its rich composition of vitamins and fatty acids helps to improve elasticity, soften dry hair, and soothe irritated scalps.

Argan Oil is derived from the kernels of the Argan tree in Morocco. It is packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and vitamins that nourish the hair follicles, repair damage, tame frizz, and add shine and luster to dull and lifeless hair.

Extracted from the seeds of the broccoli plant, Broccoli Seed Oil is a lightweight yet potent moisturizer that hydrates and conditions your hair without weighing it down.

Quinoa is a nutrient-rich grain that is highly valued for its protein content. Quinoa protein helps to strengthen the hair strands, repair damage, and improve overall hair health.

Each of our shampoo bars is lovingly handcrafted in small batches right here in Hawke's Bay. Please note that due to the hand-poured nature of our process, imperfections occur, adding to the individuality and beauty of each bar.

How to use:

1. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Gently massage the lather into your scalp and hair.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all traces of shampoo are removed.
5. Follow with your favourite conditioner, if desired.
6. After use, allow the shampoo bar to dry completely before storing it away.

Storage Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your shampoo bar, it's essential to store it properly. After each use, place the shampoo bar in a well-drained soap dish or on a rack that allows air circulation. Avoid leaving it in standing water or in a humid environment, as moisture can cause the bar to soften and diminish its lifespan.
For long-term storage, keep the shampoo bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A linen bag or airtight container can also help protect the bar from excess moisture and humidity.

Ingredients:
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate: This is a gentle surfactant derived from coconut oil. It helps to create lather and cleanse the hair and scalp without stripping away natural oils.
Brassica Alcohol: This is a fatty alcohol derived from waxes found in plants from the Cabbage (Brassica) family. It acts as a conditioning agent, helping to soften and smooth the hair as well as to harden the bar.
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: Another gentle surfactant derived from coconut oil, it helps to increase the foaming and cleansing properties of the shampoo while also providing mild conditioning.
Shea Butter: A well-known natural moisturizer and emollient, Shea Butter is rich in vitamins and fatty acids that nourish and hydrate the hair and scalp, leaving it soft and smooth.
Behentrimonium Methosulfate: Despite its name, this is not a sulphate but a conditioning agent derived from rapeseed oil. It helps to detangle and soften the hair without weighing it down.
Argan Oil: Known as "liquid gold," Argan Oil is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, and vitamins, providing nourishment and hydration to the hair while also helping to repair damage and add shine.
Hydrolyzed Quinoa: Quinoa is known for its ability to repair and strengthen hair strands, enhancing shine and manageability.
Broccoli Seed Oil: Rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, Broccoli Seed Oil helps to strengthen the hair and protect it from environmental damage.
Vegetable Glycerine: A humectant that attracts moisture to the hair, helping to keep it hydrated and healthy.
Microcare DB (ECOCERT approved): A natural, mild and gentle broad spectrum preservative blend of benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid, it helps to keep the product free from microbial contamination.
Lavender Essential Oil and Cedarwood Essential Oil: Providing a calm and soothing aroma.
Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride: A conditioning agent derived from guar gum, it helps to improve the texture and manageability of the hair.
Natural Vitamin E: An antioxidant that helps to protect the hair and scalp from damage caused by free radicals.
